If so, your only easy option may be to try it on an old Windows XP machine. The one other problem you may encounter is that some older versions of "Pinnacle Studio" don't work on Windows 10.
It may have a couple of choices besides "Pinnacle MovieBox" such as a "webcam" or some other video capture device. If your PC still doesn't "see" the Moviebox, there is a dropdown box in the "Capture" settings with selections for "Capture Device". At that point on the Studio software, the "Capture" tab should recognize the signal from your "Source" (VCR, Videocamera, etc.) Then you can edit your captured video. The MovieBox just translates the Analog Video signal (like the Output from a VCR- the yellow red and white cables) to a Digital signal into your PC via a USB Input. You shouldn't really need a Manual for the MovieBox, it should just be a "Plug and Play" device once you install Studio. After the Studio software is installed on your PC, your PC should automatically recognize the MovieBox. I think you have to install the "Pinnacle Studio" Video Editing Software BEFORE you attach the USB Cable to the Pinnacle MovieBox.
